If it is the EPROM image which seems to be corrupted, you could check
for old copies (somewhere after PTFs but before the trouble started) of
the EPROM image file in the IFS directory below:

/QIBM/ProdData/NetworkStation/proms/

Your stations are configured to check for new versions of the EPROM and
to download a new version if present. I believe that you can turn this
off within the NS configuration.

You could also move the existing contents of that directory out of there
so that you don't download new copies.

You're really on your own here, but there may be some commonsense things
you can do to prevent further damage. At the time I was managing
network stations, I was glad that I had an IBM SupportLine contract
because of some of the flaky errors.

Is it possible that you upgraded recently? Your 8361-200 models are not
supported by the current version of Network Station Manager (V2R1).

I wish you luck Steven,
Andy
