Duff?

Do you mean that you display the installed status of your licensed
program (GO LICPGM, opt. 10) and it shows a status of *ERROR.  At V5R1
you can use the CHKPRDOPT (Check Product Option) command which may give
you some information on how to recover.  Even if you get good
information from the command, you may end up deleting the licensed
program and then reinstalling.  If the command reports that a particular
object is missing, you could restore from your option 21 save.
