Which is a GREAT reason that you should never ever change the
Controlling subsystem for putting a special signon screen.  If you want
to put in a new Signon screen, just do it to QINTER , and not QCTL.
(THis assumes you are running QCTL and not QBASE as your Controlling
subsystem).
