I'd probably just call QGY/QGYOLOBJ to get the first object (or set of objects) specifying keys 0302 and 0405 for owner and creator, then call QGY/QGYGTLE to continue through the list, and finally QGY/QGYCLST to close the list. For a test, you can grab a single object at a time and drop out to QGY/QGYCLST whenever you want. No outfile to create, no user space limits -- just process the list. Your specific need seems almost ideal for an entry into the Open List APIs. Limited requirements that are well known. Pretty simple request as this kind of thing goes.
