RPGIV Constants - VB PRogrammers Take Note

Hi,

Can someone (a VB Someone) tell me how to define the equivalent constant in 
RPGIV for a VB Constant.

For example, if I have a VB constant defined like:

GENERIC_ACCESS       &H80000000
or
GENERIC_ACCESS2      &H2

How do I define those equivalents in RPGIV?  I thought it might be

D GENERIC_ACCESS    C      x'800000000'
D GERERIC_ACCESS2  C       x'02'

But that doesn't seem to be correct.
