Thanks! I'm trying to get the message about iSeries out to a wider audience. Something beyond our "AS/400-iSeries"-specific world. And since IBM's advertising intention only seems to be to run those mysterious "blue-bar" ads...which never actually mention a specific product....and since most folks in the PC world, for which TechRepublic is geared, know little or nothing about iSeries...I thought this would be a good venue. TechRepubilc edits the heck out of an article, but they did keep the gist of the material, so I can't kick. Keep watching...there's more to come.... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chuck Lewis" <clewis@iquest.net> To: "Midrange-L List" <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> Sent: Tuesday, January 22, 2002 6:31 AM Subject: Fwd: Is the iSeries right for you? > This is a multi-part message in MIME format. > -- > Be SURE to check THIS out ;-) !!!! > > Nice job Shannon ! > > Chuck > -- > Delivered-To: clewis@iquest.net > Date: Tue, 22 Jan 2002 00:05:21 -0800 (PST) > From: CIO Republic NetNote <Online#3.3109.d1-hu8E_pG7nMlR.1@newsletter.online.com> > To: clewis@iquest.net > Subject: Is the iSeries right for you? > > TechRepublic: www.techrepublic.com > > Presents your > CIO REPUBLIC NETNOTE E-NEWSLETTER for January 22, 2002 > > <---------------Advertisement---------------> > > CREATE & MANAGE YOUR IT VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS > > Selecting an IT vendor for your project is often an overwhelming > process... from defining the project and listing possible vendors, > to sending RFIs, reviewing responses, and interviewing top prospects. > Stay organized with TechRepublic's IT Vendor Management Tool Kit, an > easy-to-use, searchable CD-ROM.
