What would IBM do if they'd shipped the right CD but it now turned out to
be unreadable? Would they support you in that case or would they still
leave you high and dry? I can understand why the delay between the shipment
and your discovery of what is after all their error makes it difficult for
them, but I can't understand why they won't help you.
