You can no longer buy the compilers separately, whatever release you are on.
So if you bought just ONE compiler, you are qualified to an upgrade to the
entire package.   Call you IBM rep to find out more.  I had to jump through
a few hoops, because I had to update my PartnerWorld in Development
membership, but that's all I had to do.
