Here's the sequence I followed:
   GO SAVE
   21
   Screen ENDSBS End Subsystem, just hit ENTER
   Immediate failure with message "Error occured with the option", and "21"
displayed on the
         command line
   WRKJOB
   10
   Screen shows only 3>>WRKJOB      and the "bottom" indicator at the bottom
of the screen.

It sounds like you are using Operations Console if the main console is
attached to a PC.
If that's the case.....you should be able to do the go backup option 21
signed on as QSECOFR w/ no problem.

Did you find out any more details on that joblog that we can go by ?
