David, Coming in late on this conversation (as usual) My One (SLIC CMS/400), which I see you just downloaded, doesn't require a tape drive. When saving using *SAVF, a pre-built image of the restoration programs is copied to the CD, so LODUN works and contains all the programs required to restore the CD. Ok, it's a little messy as it basically has to do a two stage restore. But it does just about hang together. And remember it's free and open source, so you can mod it to your hearts content (and improve it of course) Regards Adam White email@example.com www.slic-systems.com/ -----Original Message----- From: firstname.lastname@example.org [mailto:email@example.com]On Behalf Of David Gibbs Sent: 08 December 2001 15:54 To: firstname.lastname@example.org Subject: CD Burning software? Folks: Does anyone know if there is any AS400 CD Burning software that does not require a tape drive to operate? Thanks! david --
