GREAT analogy...!  Also speaks to the issue of HOW LONG will it ACTUALLY
take to get fluent, in Spanish...  (This being easier said, than done...)

| language to Spanish. Everyone has to speak only Spanish, all
| documents need to be converted to it, everything new needs to be
| done in it.
