What I would say in ths situation, is that before changing over, we should simulate the effect by changing the business' official language to Spanish. Everyone has to speak only Spanish, all documents need to be converted to it, everything new needs to be done in it. It's a great language, has been around longer than English, simpler writing structure, and it's used in more places. That would have about the same effect as what they are wanting to do. How much disruption can it cause?
