I've since employed the Dogbert method of control on this; involving a plank of 2x4 wood.... To get a specific product to work for all our users, I had to put it's libraries in the System Library List so that our software company couldn't 'bump' it out. It's messy, but it works. Programmers just don't always listen to those of us in the field who have to keep the box working for everyone else...
