>> Well, not to slight anyone, but we are sort of operating on hearsay at this point. We don't really know what happened at all except that there is an irritated customer. Just a quick question in the interest of making sure everyone involved in this situation ends up with a satisfactory resolution, have you or the customer considered using the new hotline service that is being offered to iSeries Nation citizens? More information is available at: http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/nation/privileges/hotline.html This seems like the kind of situation where the Rochester project office could do a review of what actually happened, help all the parties involved figure out what *should* have happened, and then get it fixed appropriately... As I said, just a suggestion, but I'm not sure all the analysis being done on this list is going to resolve anything AND it answers the other question people have been asking about just what the iSeries Nation might be good for!!!
