I don't doubt that; but I see the options even on V4R3 without DNS installed, 
but only when I'm signed on as a *SECOFR. If you don't see it at all, even with 
*SECOFR with all special authorities, then I'd go to IBM for answers. You've 
already determined the answer to your original question, but there may be other 
problems.
