I agree with R. Bruce that you can run it during the day, I have done so several times myself without impact. We are on a 620-2179 and have 64G used out of 94. By the way, RTVDSKINF is really the way to go too. You are going to love the reports. If you can run the dspobjd during the day, you can afford to run the rtvdskinf during the day also. Most systems that I have run this on finish in less than a couple of hours. It runs at priority 50 in the QSYSWRK subsystem and usually has less impact on normal interactive and batch jobs than a dspobjd command. =========================================================== R.
