Good News Everybody!

The new search engine is LIVE!

Please report any problems to david (at) midrange.com.

The job you are looking for is QTOBDNS

You might try the command line of:

call pgm(qdns/qtobdns) parm('-p' '53' '-d' '0' '-b'
'/QIBM/UserData/OS400/DNS/BOOT')

However, one way to check if the 400 is the DNS server is to look at the
IP settings on a local PC. RUN the command WINIPCFG at a DOS prompt
for WIN9x/ME. For NT, use ipconfig /all. You should be able to see
what the main DNS server(s) are.
