The job you are looking for is QTOBDNS

You might try the command line of:

call pgm(qdns/qtobdns) parm('-p' '53' '-d' '0' '-b'
'/QIBM/UserData/OS400/DNS/BOOT')

However, one way to check if the 400 is the DNS server is to look at the
IP settings on a local PC.   RUN the command WINIPCFG at a DOS prompt
for WIN9x/ME.  For NT, use ipconfig /all.  You should be able to see
what the main DNS server(s) are.
