Those seem interesting to me because I believe there's only one bit involved. ===> actually it is a byte. One of the bits of this byte is set whenever a 5250 screen is "put". Another bit is set for batch jobs for Dedicated Domino Servers. And I believe it should only be set when I'm doing 5250 work. But with a single bit per job (task?) ===> actually per thread , it's hard to see how IBM can really do it especially if I can ACQuire and RELease multiple devices at different times or concurrently. ===> I think ACQ and REL are not important, it is the PUT that does it.
