Jim: Unless I miss my guess I don't think they have any version of CA on the PCs. At least I think that is what Kenneth is saying. I think the option you refer to is in Ops Nav for the connection, "Prompt every time" -- but of course if they don't have CA on the PC then this wouldn't apply. One option would be to setup a Guest profile for Netserver. I would think though we should look at the QMAXSIGN for starters...but also look at making sure the user profiles are identical (and passwords) on both the PC and the 400.
