AFAIK, there is no outfile for any form of WRKACTJOB. Your best choice is a
call to the QUSLJOB API which will output to a user space; almost as easy as
an outfile once you do it a couple times. For WRKSYSACT, there's QAITMON
which is created when you specify OUTPUT(*FILE). I've never needed to know
much about QAITMON beyond what you can see via DSPFFD, but I think it's
documented some in the Performance Tools manual.
