Neither of these commands output to files, however there are TAA Tools for
both that output to output files through the APIs. You could do the coding
yourself, but I suggest that you don't want to.

I guess to be more specific, I'm looking for any QA* files for WRKACTJOB
and
WRKSYSSTS.
Am I correct that it appears there aren't any?

You have a number of alternatives:

1). You could ask IBM. I'm sure that they could have this in a few
releases.
2). You could build you're own equivalent of the TAA Tool, but this would
likely take a bunch of time, and need to be maintained on a release by
release basis,
3). Doing DSPOBJD QSYS/QA* *FILE is an OK start, and that's what I did for
years.

I'm kind of looking to do this without any exchange of currency.

There's a TAA Tool called DSPOUTFILE.

Where is there a comprehensive list and maybe documentation of QSYS/QA*
(System supplied outfile for.....) files (e.g., QADSPOBJ)?
