I suspect your copying process is losing some of the control attributes... The other possibility is that you are using a "different" printer to receive the second "copy" and it is "slightly" different in setup. To do what you attempting, I would simply add another print file to the print program and have the second version directed to the "other" printer. Sounds like you are going around the world to accomplish what you are doing.
