majic? i would fear any computing system that ran on "majic".
hope i get this right:
1. control sbsd-system value  QCTLSBSD    *SYSCTL  Controlling subsystem
2. control sbsd has autostart entries for jobd to call startup pgms (default
is
 QSTRUPJD          QSYS (note-the call to run program is in job description)
actually ibm runs another pgm, qwdajpgm which in turn calls pgm specified
in system value qstruppgm.
(i don't know what else is in qwdajpgm)
qinter & others should be in your statup pgm.
