I couldn't agree more.  When I post a problem (mapping, whatever), they
_always_ call within a couple of hours.  First they'll walk me thru the
problem so I can take notes and (hopefully) fix it myself on the next
mapping.  If that doesn't work, they log in and find / fix the problem
themselves.

As an Ex-ExToL developer I agree, their product is excellent albeit
expensive.  Their GUI interface uses Seagull but eXtoL doesn't require its
purchase.  They have some excellent features.
