Re:SNDBRKMSG is not going away..

Probably there is a batch program that is sending the break
   message to all *WRKSTNs

   Try placing the cursor to the message, Press F9 to see the
   program and Job identifier sending the message.

   I have recently developed a program that sends break messages only to
   *ACTIVE workstations.

   We needed to tell the users to sign-off the system every night before
   the
   backups.
