Hi Phil,

we had this when migrating customers from CAWIN 320 to CAE44 or 45
when there was a 50% chance to have a scrambled pcswin.ini file.
Our solution to this issue was to save the ..\emulator\private\..  directory
contents before migration took place and then restore the  *.ini , *.ws
and *.tto files back in place.
