We previously used the Netsoft router and DLC protocol to connect, but they claimed that the DLC connection would not work half the time. They are a multinational company(a part of U.P.S.), with a rather complicated network, with hubs, switches, and routers everywhere. Even though the PC is in the same building as the AS/400, it may not be on the same physical network.
