DO I IPL?

I have an ASYNC PC connection to a 9406-S20 using CA,
OS V4R5.

I turned of my 3Com Superstack 10/100 switch and the
Server varies off the ETHNET01 and shuts off the
TCP/IP servers.

I  to varied off the line that had 'status' RCYPND. On
the status bar below it showed the 'X System' that it
was processing. I hit F5 to refresh and now the system
seem to have stalled.

I rebooted the PC and tried to reconnect. It seems to
connect but get no signon..only an 'X System'
processing status. Any action gives me a RED "X ?+"
Moving the cursor to another part of the screen and
hitting return gives me a RED "? and a man crucified'
Without TCP I can't start a mochasoft session to check
for QSYSOPR/other messages.

Do I IPL?
