The QIBM_QTG_DEVTERM exit point can easily be used to be notified when a TELNET 
client ends a TELNET session; but I'm not sure how well it would work for you 
when a client simply "lost connection". If you need to log the termination in 
anything like real-time, there may be much more configuration involved. (I've 
never actually checked the timing between lost connection and exit program.)
