DSPDLONAM will give you the systemname of the folder:
DSPDLONAM DLO(foldername) OBJCLS(*FLR)

Then issue WRKOBJLCK against QDOC/systemname:
WRKOBJLCK OBJ(QDOC/systemname) OBJTYPE(*FLR)
