I've found it helpful to look at the job logs for the mail server framework. If they have problems you may find some helpful diagnostic information there. Also check the job logs of the SMTP routing jobs in the QSNADS subsystem. If the files are not being picked up from the /tmp directory there is most likely a problem in MSF. Make sure you have all of the latest PTFs for MSF and SNADS. The QtmmSendMail and SNDDST interfaces weave a torturous path from you to a mail server....
