system unique identifier is not system password
system password is used in asset protection.
system unique identifier is used somehow in DSOM object broker.
IPL in manual mode and when requested, enter something for system unique
identifier.
I wonder if you can enter something arbitrary.
It will not work in DSOM network, but do you need it ?

You're going to have to go to an IBMer or a business partner, who will not
want to do business with you, because they will make no money on the
transaction.
