Hi!

SPLTOOL is a decent WRKSPLF clone.  Among the many things it
does with spooled files (email, ftp, etc.. etc..) the
SPLTOOL interface also allows you to create user defined
options.  Something WRKSPLF, IMHO is lacking.

Feel free to contact me with any questions as well.  I just
added the RTF format to SPLTOOL and did some other upgrades
so on Sept. 17th the price jumps (ya, big jump <bg>) from
$179 to $229.  It's about time for my yearly price increase
(although it's probably been $179 for longer than a year).
