Hi Adam -

Look at file QATOCSTART in QUSRSYS.  That has the autostart information for
both TCP/IP servers and Host Servers.  The autostart value can be safely
changed from *YES to *NO with any file maintenance utility.  I used DBU to
turn off autostart for Management Central and VPN.
