>Subject: Re: Antwort: Servers starting with TCP - Anyone know the command? (I can't use Ops Nav) Some of this depends on the release (not sure what VxRx your at). IBM has a series of documents in the Knowledge Base about startup at the various releases. Anyone who is having problems, or is going to, or has upgraded, IBM has changed the recommendations for the QSTRUP and/or how the subsystems & services are started. And it has changed 4 times since V3R7. Since i never figured out how to link to their docs, these are the titles. (I can't use Ops Nav) drange.com 04/09/01 05:15 PM Please respond to midrange-l Hi Adam, goto cfgtcp then select 20 "Applications ..." and as you already guessed, you have to configure each of the services seperately whether to start with the strtcp command or not. strhostsvr is for starting the client access server side counterparts of the several client access functions. (signon server, database server and so on , I always start all of them (strhostsvr *ALL).
