If you use the method I use,
blank line followed by
user ronk XXXXX
then you can use SQL to do something like
update script set variablename to :userline where variablename like 'user%'

Okay, I moved them both to the first line with no commands and that worked.

Now, another question.  Has anyone found a way to make some of the lines in
the input file variable.  That is a way to be able to change the file name
being transferred and just use the input file to keep all the static
commands in place.
