RE: Batch ftp

There is an excellent example of creating a command FTPBATCH in the IBM red 
book "Cool Title Abot the AS/400 and the Internet" in Chapter 6 - FTP on the 
AS/400 System. I used this as a base to create my own FTPBATCH command. Here 
you can input the many parameters including local file name, remote file name, 
amongst others. I am in the process of testing this with 3 separate files that 
need to be FTP'd to a mainframe.

Okay, I moved them both to the first line with no commands and that worked.

Now, another question.  Has anyone found a way to make some of the lines in
the input file variable.  That is a way to be able to change the file name
being transferred and just use the input file to keep all the static
commands in place.
