RE: Jacada Seagull and the like

Seagull did indeed acquire Renex last year, but I'm not sure where your
information about Jacada taking over Look came from...  NewLook is owned,
developed and maintained by Look Software, based in Melbourne Australia.  LANSA
has rights to redistribute NewLook in the United States.  As far as I can
determine, there is no link between Jacada and either Look or LANSA.

Jacada did recently acquire a company named Propelis Software, but I don't count
them as a refacing product.
