Which Websphere product?  IBM has renamed everything to Websphere?

If you mean WDT (Websphere Development Tools), then yes, WDT V5R1 will
run on OS/400 V4R5 on a W2K Professional PC, because I'm doing it.
Anything else, I have no clue.
