Dan,
     We got various locks on QUSRSYS objects until we finally

ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*MGTC),

back up QUSRSYS & QPFRDATA,

and then STRTCPSVR SERVER(*MGTC)  again.

Watch out that your QAO* files backup doesn't clash with any OV/400
operations like SAVDLO etc.
