1)  Do you have hardware maintenance?  If so, call your CE and he should be
able to do it for you.
2)  Yes it requires either a modem, or the integrated modem available on
the newer boxes.

No, I don't, because I didn't know it existed.  How hard is it to set it
up?
Does it requrie a modem on the box?
