Howard,

I do not have CICS on our AS/400, but do on our mainframe computer. On it the following command would be used to check some of the values on question.

CEMT I SYS

TIME I believe is the time slice.

The execution priority is probably the priority associated with the AS/400 priority.

Hope this helps a little.

We are trying to tune our production CICS region and in consulting the Redbook it suggests the following:

Execution Priority 15
Time Slice 2000
Deferred Wait 30

Problem is we can not figure out where these values are set! Has anyone come across these values or know where we should look?
