Neil,

        Is the REXECD Daemon running ? Is it even installed ?   Check this
site http://w3.hethmon.com/os2isp/2001/May/Msgs/l2w82940.html  You just need
to find a good Daemon to support what you want to do..  Remember case
Sensitivity !!
