I'm not sure I want to deal with a system that has over 100 record formats
in a single display file, but the 99 is an arbitrary limit based on the fact
that I use two characters to identify a specific record ID within a display
file and I use only the digits 0-9.  If I ever run into the problem, I can
always start using alpha designations.  Not pretty, but a 100+ format
display file won't be pretty either.
