Randy, Spare me... take a look at the IBM APAR library sometime for a liberal dose of reality. It was only a month or so ago that the local evangelists were insisting that there was something magical about AS/400 disk drives that made them so much more reliable, and hence worth 10x the price of their PC counterparts. I wonder if they still feel that way? The truth is that none of us knows what is going on with the MSN servers at this point. MS probably does deserve a healthy dose of criticism for what's going on, but I think it's fair to say that IBM should be getting an earful over this little disk drive fiasco as well. So by all means, go ahead and take your shots, but don't be so selective about your targets. After all, whether it's the MS kind, or the IBM variety, a shill is still a shill.
