RE: Converting HTML to Plain Text (was: RE: NFS server errors; LOTS of DUMPs)

I'll apologize again for what will surely be an HTML email, but I do NOT have the option (to change the reply format to text-only) in the Outlook '97 as is loaded on my system.  But I recall from a previous shop that there were add-ins that could be loaded that add features to the base install.  Someone from the list sent me a print screen of her Format menu, and it has several features, including the ones you mentioned Joel; mine has only the Font and Paragraph options.

I asked someone in our PC Support to look into this a week ago, but no luck yet.  Anybody know where I can go to find add-ons for Outlook?

Yes.  The text/rtf/html option is on the Outlook format menu.
