Yes it does matter.  Get rid of word as you e-mail editor and you will be
able to send your e-mail as plain text as well as convert HTML to Plain text
on replies.  By the way, the main reason is for those who get the digest
version.  It always comes as plain text but with a ton of HTML codes.
Really make it hard to read.  I was on digest but decided to get them one at
a time just for that reason.

I do not see the Plain Text option in my Format pull down menu.  Does it
matter if I am using Word as my email editor?
