jeeez, David, how long have you been able to read minds?!? I was just thinking the same thing.
I would propose naming it iSeriesChitChat or iSeriesWindbags (JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!), but don't limit it to just the iSeries Nation / Citizen discussions. All discussion that is non-technical in nature should be moved off the MIDRANGE-L list. If the past week or two is any indication, any new non-tech list would probably see more volume than a technical-only MIDRANGE-L.
Some of the non-tech discussions are well worth reading, but I only have 24 hours each day, with a wife, three kids, and a dog at home.

Folks:
Seems like the iSeries Nation discussion is eating up a lot of bandwidth
... most of it is not technical in nature.
What say, I create a new mailing list for iSeries Citizens? So we can try
and bring MIDRANGE-L back to what it was meant to be ... a technical
discussion forum?
Thanks!
david
