Brad, Portal39 ;)

I tend to agree with you both. In fact, I believe that's pretty much what I
said when I wrote about this CD a couple, or three weeks ago.

But in the end, I decided Jim Franz was right... So I got over it, and
decided to cough up the $22.90. If you're going to do things to help the
iSeries Community, it will cost you time and/or money. And yeah... It will
have a side-effect of benefiting IBM, too.

But if you wait for IBM to do it all, and for IBM to pay for it all...
Well... I think that's what everyone's been doing for years now, and
progress has been slow. I think the effort of individual iCitzens is what's
going to make the big difference in the future. This here CD is one way to
make a small difference...

JMHO.

AMEN! If I'm looking at buying a boflex, I'm not going to pay a dime for
their marketing video. It's a cost of advertising for them to mail it to
me.

MARKETING PROPAGANDA
SHOULD BE *FREE*
not a Citizen tax

Jim,

Sounds like a call to action, to me. Doesn't really require a whole lot of
debate. So I filled out the form, and coughed up $22.90.

I just chalk it up as the cost of being an iCitizen.
