 Jeff, I couldn't agree more.
You can eventually find what you want on the IBM site but you have to be 
prepared to put in quite a bit of effort.

Try Google.com - I now use it all the time after seeing one of our Novell guys 
put in the search field an obscure error code and hey presto there was 
everything he required.
